Determine your stay needs and purpose
Before booking, you need to clearly determine the duration of your stay. At AOM Home, we offer flexible packages for easy selection: by the hour (minimum of two hours), overnight (check-in from 20:00, check-out at 10:00 the next morning), or by the day (check-in from 14:00, check-out at 12:00 noon the next day). If you are traveling with a group or family, double-check the maximum occupancy permitted for each apartment, as this directly affects the rental price and overall security.
Procedures and documents to prepare
The Residence Law requires declaration of stay information, whether you are staying for less than or more than 30 days. Upon check-in, you must have your citizen identification card or valid ID ready so the host can complete the registration procedure with the authorities. If you have guests visiting or want someone else to stay overnight, you must notify the host in advance. This is a mandatory rule to ensure the security of everyone in the building.
Security and fire safety regulations
Fire safety (PCCC) is a top priority. You are not permitted to illegally wire, connect electricity, or use high-power electrical appliances without consent. In particular, charging electric vehicles must be done in designated areas; charging in the room or overnight without supervision is strictly prohibited. Additionally, keeping quiet between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM the following morning is a mandatory rule in AOM Home apartments to respect the privacy of neighbors.
Booking procedures and policies
A booking is only considered confirmed once you have paid the rent in full. Regarding the cancellation policy, if you cancel at least 12 hours before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel closer to the check-in time, the system will not provide a refund. If you need to change dates, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance so the host can assist with the adjustment.
