A good living environment requires compliance from everyone. Keeping quiet between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM the following day is a mandatory rule in most residential areas. Do not play music or create noise that disturbs surrounding neighbors.
Fire safety is always the top priority. You are strictly prohibited from unauthorized electrical wiring, using high-power electrical appliances without the landlord's consent, and must always remember to turn off electrical devices when leaving the room.
